The ESHOP website is an electronic retail shop selling products and services through the internet (hereinafter referred in as the e-shop or the website), designed and operated by AITHERIA LTD company (hereinafter referred in as the Company).

The following terms and conditions apply every time customers use the online retail shop with the brand ESHOP, which is found at the www.aitheria.gr website. Every user who enters and transacts or uses our e-shop services (hereinafter referred in as visitor or user or client depending on whether he/she simply visits the e-shop or orders and buys products or services) is considered to agree and abide unreservedly and without any exception to the terms and conditions stated herein. General terms

The COMPANY retains the right to freely alter or revise the terms and conditions of use and transactions of the e-shop whenever it considers it necessary. It also undertakes the obligation to notify the consumers for any alteration through the pages of this e-shop. The contracts made through the e-shop are drawn up in the Greek language.

The COMPANY undertakes the obligation to provide precise, true and full information on its e-shop regarding the COMPANY’S identity and the transactions offered through the website. The COMPANY, regarding its e-shop transactions, is not responsible and is not obliged for any refund for any damage or loss resulting by order cancellation, non- fulfillment or fulfillment delay for any reason whatsoever. It informs the availability of the products to the interested party according to kept records and undertakes the obligation, in case of any change of these records, to timely inform the client regarding the non-availability. The Company is not bound by any further liability. The e-shop offers the content (i.e. information, names, pictures, drawings) and the products and services offered “as is”. The COMPANY is not in no occasion criminally or civilly liable for any damage (positive, special or resulting from, indicatively and not limited to profit loss, data loss, monetary compensation etc.) that an e-shop visitor or third party might suffer by a cause linked to the operation

The users/clients agree and undertake the obligation to use the services, the information and the data of the e-shop according to the law and in keeping with the rules of good faith and fair trade practices. They are obliged not to use the e- shop with the trademark ESHOP to: 1. send, publish, send via e-mail or broadcast by any means any content that is illegal for any reason whatsoever, illegally offends the COMPANY or any third party, or violates the information confidentiality or privacy of any person, 2. send, publish, send via e-mail or broadcast by any means any content offending principles of morality, social values, minors etc., 3. send, publish, send via e-mail or broadcast by any means any content which the users have no right to broadcast according to the law or any valid conventions (such as internal information, proprietary or confidential information obtained as part of employment relationships or covered by confidentiality agreements) 4. send, publish, send via e-mail or broadcast by any means any content that infringes any patent, trademark, commercial secret, copyright or other proprietary third party rights of any kind, 5. send, publish, send via e-mail or broadcast by any means any content containing software viruses or any other type of codes, files or programs designed to stop, cause failure, destruction or interruptions of the operation of any computer software or hardware, 6. intentional or unintentional violation of the existing legislation or directives, 7. harass third parties in any way, 8. collect or store other users’ personal data.

Limited license

ESHOP, under the terms and conditions set herein and all applicable laws and regulations, grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal limited right to access, use and present this webpage and its contents. This license does not constitute a title transfer of the webpage and is subject to the following limitations: (1) all the copies of the webpage and its elements must contain all the notes regarding copyrights and other proprietary rights and (2) you cannot alter the webpage and its elements in any way or reproduce or publically present, disseminate or in any other way use the webpage and its elements for any public or commercial purpose, unless it is allowed herein.
